CACTI evaluates the consistency of DNA methylation (DNAm) measurements across Illumina arrays: 450K, EPIC v1, and EPIC v2 . It allows users to retrieve and download CpG-specific statistics, helping to assess variations across three generations of Illumina arrays and their influence on the reproducibility of DNAm associations.
